Project Character Modeling Ice Cream Man

 The final project is to model any Character and mine was inspired from the citizens of the candy kingdom from Adventure time. 

My character is going to have the shape of the chocolate bar and will have the chocolate coating of the above. So basically my character is a chocolate coated Ice cream bar. Which can be seen below

Process

To begin, a cube was used to shape the ice cream body. By scaling it along the appropriate axes, we can sculpt the desired proportions of the ice cream bar. To achieve a smooth and rounded appearance,  Subdivision Surface modifier was used. This tool subdivides the mesh and adds additional geometry, giving it a more organic and realistic look to the ice cream. 

Moving on to the chocolate coating, another cube was used ,and scaled down and shape to envelop the ice cream perfectly. Using Bevel modifier, it adds rounded edges to the coating, mimicking the smoothness of a real chocolate shell. This gives our cartoon character a luscious and appetizing appearance.

For the eyes,  spheres were added. By positioning and scaling them appropriately, we can create the perfect foundation for our candy eyes. These spheres act as the base, onto which  vibrant and colorful candy textures were applied, adding a playful and whimsical touch to the cartoon character.

The sprinkles that cover the chocolate coating. Utilized scaled-down cylinders to form the sprinkles. By duplicating and scattering them across the surface of the coated chocolate, made it achieve a visually appealing and appetizing effect. Each sprinkle is meticulously placed, bringing the character to life with its vibrant red color and delicious texture.

To enhance the overall aesthetic, we apply different textures to the ice cream, chocolate coating, and candy eyes. For the ice cream, we employ a pistachio texture that accentuates its creamy appearance. The chocolate coating is adorned with a rich and glossy texture, adding depth and realism. Finally, the candy eyes are textured with vibrant and colorful patterns, infusing our character with a playful and animated charm. That was how this character was born.
